When buying paintings or decor items of J-Högardh Art&Design, the items will be shipped from Sweden to your destination.
If you buy another product in this shop from MoonLight Flavors, this will not be shipped in the same package as your art piece.
For the artist Johanna, it's important for the art piece to feel special, easy, and give a positive feeling as art should. When buying an art piece, personal email contact will occur regarding shipping, tracking, and other questions that might come to mind. So please leave your contact information in the check out.

Return & Refund
If you change your mind or don't want the piece anymore, unfortunately, J-Högardh Art&Design does not offer returns or refunds, thanks for understanding.
If there’s something wrong with your order, please let Johanna know by contacting her at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive damaged items. If this applies, please contact Johanna at email@example.com with photos of the damaged item and she'll sort that out for you in the best way.
When will I get my order?
Due to Covid19, shipping time can be slowed down, depending on the shipping company.
Shipping time differs depending on your end destination and you will get more details in the email conversation when buying the piece.

Where will my order ship from?
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders, outside EU. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch, please help Johanna out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
