What is the return policy?
We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at support@moonlightflavors.com!
What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. This depends on which warehouse your items will be send out from, but we try as best as possible to ship it within your region. You can see availability for each items in their description. 

When will I receive my order?

It's difficult to predict the shipping times. 
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order in the warehouse, after which it’s shipped out.

What do I do if I never received my order?


Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

● Ask your local post office if they have your package

● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at support@moonlightflavors.com with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.


What do I do if I received a defective order?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at support@moonlightflavors.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Yes, you can change an order that has already been submitted unless it has the status of Being Fulfilled. Contact us at support@moonlightflavors.com as fast as you can.

Where are you located?
MoonLight Flavors is located in Sweden, but we work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!
J-Högardh Art&Design is located in Sweden.

How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?
The products are made in our on-demand order fulfillment company's warehouses. The materials comes from different areas of the world. You can find the origin of the materials and what kind of materials the items are made of, in the description of the particular item.

How do I make sure I order the right size?
In the description for every item there is a size guide you can follow to find the right size for you.
